Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement top-notch Salesforce solutions across various sectors.

• Create and configure tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and other declarative tools.

• Convert solution designs into scalable and high-quality code.

• Connect Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.

• Work alongside Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to guarantee technical alignment with business requirements.

• Offer insights on scalability, performance, and platform best practices during design discussions.

• Build and implement features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

• Write unit tests and engage in peer code reviews to uphold code quality and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve development and post-deployment challenges.

• Provide technical assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the go-live phase.

• Contribute to the ongoing optimization and support of current Salesforce solutions.

• Document technical components and aid in internal knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated Salesforce development experience with a successful project delivery history, preferably in consulting or client-facing positions.

• Expertise in Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows.

• Experience in custom development and the integration of Salesforce with external systems.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a significant advantage.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture and its key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing technical outcomes.
