This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This position is predominantly focused on programming, comprising 75% of the role, utilizing Apex, Salesforce Lightning components (AURA/LWC), JavaScript, and various development languages and tools once fully integrated.
• Create Lightning components by developing custom LWC in JavaScript using the Aura framework and adhering to the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather requirements by offering solution alternatives and identifying dependencies with the current implementation.
• Manage the comprehensive architecture of the Salesforce Platform, which includes Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), and Tableau CRM, along with integrations.
• Design and configure solutions leveraging Salesforce functionalities, Lightning Components (AURA and LWC), APEX, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, and SOSL, among others.
• Direct the entire development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on technical implementations and documentation, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards.
• Work closely with junior developers to conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process documentation, naming conventions, commenting standards, and Salesforce policies/procedures.
• Aid in the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of defects encountered throughout different stages of project delivery.
• A bachelor’s degree along with 5+ years of pertinent hands-on experience.
• Over 10 years of practical programming/custom coding experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in LWC and Apex.
• Familiarity with SLDS, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch classes, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.).
• A valid Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• A valid Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting the implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform utilizing Lightning.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, architecture, design, development, administration, and security models.
• Practical knowledge and experience in complex business systems integration.
• Consistently high-quality performance rated as valued or above.
• Candidates must have lived in the U.S. for 3 out of the last 5 years.
• Candidates must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.
