This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and sustain tailored Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other pertinent technologies.
• Configure and modify standard Salesforce functionalities, objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to meet business needs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability by crafting and executing effective data migration, transformation, and integration strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to guarantee high-quality and optimized code across all projects.
• Plan and implement thorough unit tests, integration tests, and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage smooth and controlled deployments to production environments.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.
• Implement security protocols and ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards and industry regulations.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
• 5 to 7 years of overall experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong emphasis on developing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II are highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of out-of-the-box features including Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, Data Loader, and Lightning App builder.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of Health Cloud will be a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work effectively within a team environment.
