This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third-party systems.
• Lead the architecture and execution of Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from GTM and Operations teams to collect requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Enhance and sustain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards.
• Construct and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms.
• Propel platform optimization, minimize technical debt, and initiate continuous improvement efforts.
• Oversee the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle while implementing engineering best practices, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and technical documentation.
• Engage in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce projects.
• Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI Salesforce offerings.
• Diagnose complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions.
• 5+ years of practical Salesforce development experience in enterprise settings.
• Profound expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
