This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Create and develop high-performance, reusable, and dependable Apex code following best practices.
• Strive for the highest quality while minimizing technical debt.
• Collaborate with existing Salesforce Organizations to evaluate and rectify technical debt related to force.com, Apex Classes, triggers, Lightning components, and VisualForce pages.
• Assist in the design and development of proprietary intellectual property for the practice.
• Take responsibility for project tasks and foster client relationships.
• Detect bugs and ensure alignment with requirements during the debugging process.
• Develop test classes for the classes you create, ensuring over 80% code coverage.
• Verify bug fixes to ensure compliance with requirements, then deploy them to production.
• Produce documentation and deliver technical training for Salesforce users.
• Uphold strict security and integrity standards across all Salesforce environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• 6-8 years of experience within the Salesforce Ecosystem.
• Proven experience in developing customer-facing UI/UX.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Capability to troubleshoot complex software and application challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Salesforce Consultants and clients.
• Proficient in SQL/SOQL, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
• Salesforce Certified Developer Certifications are required.
• Additional certifications are highly encouraged.
• Skilled in iPaaS solutions (Workato, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
