This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related tasks, encompassing administration, configuration, and maintenance.
• Oversee user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions within Salesforce to guarantee appropriate access controls and data security.
• Tailor and configure Salesforce to fulfill specific business requirements, which includes creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Implement and uphold automation tools, such as workflows, process builders, and approval processes, to enhance business operations and boost efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and convert them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design and create reports, dashboards, and analytics to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform regular data audits and initiate data cleansing efforts to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and customer support platforms.
• Keep updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, assessing their impact on existing configurations and processes.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they comprehend Salesforce functionality and can use the platform effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve user issues, system errors, and data discrepancies, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and system uptime.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain data quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Lead and engage in system enhancement projects, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, formulas, and page layouts to enhance usability and data accuracy.
• Monitor and assess system performance, identifying and addressing areas for improvement to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
• Assist with data migration and data mapping tasks during system upgrades or integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Salesforce administration, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and new feature requests.
• Conduct periodic reviews of user adoption and implement strategies to boost user engagement and maximize platform utilization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including familiarity with workflows, validation rules, process builders, and custom objects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and user management.
• Experience in Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting and analytics, including the creation of reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data management best practices, such as data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
