Senior Salesforce Developer – Architect Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.

• Convert business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and architectural documentation.

• Guide solution architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Create and deploy Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

• Establish and maintain integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.

• Drive the enhancement of platform functionality and overall system performance.

• Administer and improve CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.

• Perform code reviews and uphold development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and critical defects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

• Mentor and assist developers, promoting technical growth within the team.

• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture roles.

• Proven track record in designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

• Strong background in leading technical initiatives and establishing development standards.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and foster team capability growth.

• Experience in translating business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.

• Practical experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP services.

• Experience in designing and implementing event-driven architectures.

• Proficiency with DevOps and release management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure, AWS, or other external platforms.

• Knowledge of Salesforce enterprise design patterns and packaging strategies.

• Familiarity with automation technologies and AI-enabled solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Leadership mindset with the capacity to guide and influence technical teams.
