This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator and developer for our Salesforce platform, encompassing Certinia PSA and FFA modules.
• Oversee user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security configurations.
• Design, construct, and sustain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automations (including Screen, Record-Triggered, and Scheduled Flows, as well as Apex triggers and classes).
• Create and manage dashboards and reports for the Finance, Sales, and other departments.
• Assess and pilot Salesforce AI tools (such as Agentforce and Einstein) to enhance automation and analytics.
• Support and lead system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting in partnership with Accounting and Finance teams.
• Provide daily support for Salesforce users, addressing issues and responding to enhancement requests.
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and system performance through regular audits and maintenance.
• Train users and encourage the adoption of Salesforce features and best practices.
• 5–8 years of direct Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or Certinia Accredited Professional (PSA/FFA) certifications are advantageous.
• Strong preference for experience with Certinia PSA and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot).
• Proficient in declarative tools (Flow Builder) and hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices in data management.
• Familiarity with data migration and ETL tools (such as Data Loader, Workbench, or similar).
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Skilled in sandbox-to-production deployment and change management.
• Experience in supporting Finance or FP&A teams is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
