Senior Salesforce Consultant, CRM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Senior Salesforce Consultant engaged in strategic initiatives

• Analyze business processes and convert them into Salesforce solutions

• Develop functional and technical architecture across various clouds

• Configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce with other systems

• Lead discovery sessions, refinement processes, and stakeholder alignment

• Direct the technical team and evaluate delivered solutions

• Ensure the quality, performance, and governance of the platform

• Propel continuous improvement and the Salesforce roadmap for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Consultant on intricate projects

• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (configuration and best practices)

• Experience in process design, requirements gathering, and functional documentation

• Familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware, or similar technologies)

• Proficient in English for technical reading and involvement in meetings

• Prior experience working remotely and under a contractor (PJ) arrangement

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Architect, Developer) | Additional Assets

• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ

• Background in consulting firms or in multinational projects

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Capability to facilitate workshops and present to executives
