Senior Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You will serve as an "integrator" between business needs and technological solutions, identifying ways to address customer challenges.

• Facilitate and lead client workshops to gather requirements and identify challenges.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive user stories through close collaboration with clients.

• Take ownership of and coordinate development activities throughout the project, ensuring that clients and project stakeholders are kept informed of progress.

• Lead and oversee QA and UAT activities.

• Stay informed about innovations, trends, and advancements in Salesforce to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

• Enhance your skills through Salesforce training and mentorship.

• Act as a mentor to other team members.

• Analyze data and consistently generate reports to enhance insights.

• Take charge of internal initiatives and innovation projects.

• Engage in pre-sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in consulting or a similar field.

• Strong experience in eliciting functional requirements for at least 4 years.

• At least 4 years’ experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud.

• Experience in pre-sales activities is essential.

• Demonstrated experience leading IT projects.

• Salesforce certifications are mandatory.

• Practical experience in configuring Salesforce Formulas, Process Builder, and Flows.

• Experience in redesigning processes and managing client expectations.

• Familiarity with project management and change management is advantageous.

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to work fully remotely with prior experience in a remote team.

• Specialization in industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud is a plus.

• Proficiency in German and English is required.

• Additional language skills are a benefit.
