Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ascertain desired business outcomes and establish success criteria.

• Clearly communicate the value of proposed solutions and strategies to customer stakeholders.

• Facilitate discovery and requirements refinement workshops.

• Convert requirements into user stories and solution design documentation.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and client needs.

• Create Salesforce solutions utilizing declarative configuration, complex data models, external integrations, business process automation, and custom functionalities.

• Develop industry accelerators and contribute to thought leadership through white papers.

• Prepare custom development specifications and oversee functionality delivery and testing by development teams.

• Refine Salesforce solutions through an adaptive-agile cycle alongside the customer Product Owner.

• Design training programs and conduct end-user training sessions.

• Collaborate with the Guidehouse Project Manager to ensure projects align with scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

• At least TEN (10) years of professional experience in information technology systems development.

• A minimum of SIX (6) years of experience in administering or consulting with Salesforce.

• At least TWO (2) current Salesforce certifications, such as Admin, App Builder, and Sales/Service/Community Clouds.

• Practical experience with Salesforce declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder.

• Proficient in building applications using Salesforce Lightning Experience low-code features.

• Familiarity with dynamic forms, advanced formulas, and validation rules.

• Experience in business process definition, mapping, and reengineering.

• Ability to write Epics and user stories to document Salesforce requirements.

• Experience in data migrations to and from Salesforce.

• Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and hybrid business models.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologies.

• Active SECRET or higher-level clearance is preferred.

• Experience with a Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm and/or Salesforce Platinum partner is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with public sector clients is preferred.

• Proven experience in at least one Public Sector Solutions or Omnistudio consulting domain.

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.

• MBA is a plus.
