Senior Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Define the overarching technical vision for Salesforce programs.

• Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB).

• Make strategic Make-vs-Buy decisions.

• Design the scalability and resilience strategy.

• Establish organizational data governance.

• Develop a three-year technical roadmap.

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and technology providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce (4 or more as an Architect on complex projects).

• Desired certifications include CTA or System Architect + Application Architect.

• Leadership experience in Salesforce programs in LATAM.

• Familiarity with CTA Board.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman).

• Experience in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).

• Understanding of Einstein AI applied to the insurance sector.

• Proficiency in API-first strategy and FinOps.

• Language skills will be considered an asset.
