Senior Salesforce Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the technical reference for a Salesforce team embedded within a leading company in the financial sector and retirement fund management in Mexico.

• You will lead the design and implementation of solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, manage the development team, and ensure the stability of production services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technically lead the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and integrate processes within the platform with core systems and external platforms.

• Design and develop applications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Oversee and support production (BAU), ensuring stability and continuity.

• Manage the development team, ensure code quality, and promote best practices.

• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.

• Technical stack (core):

• Force.com: Visualforce, Triggers, Apex.

• Lightning Components and Aura.

• Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• REST and SOAP Web Services.

• Apex Data Loader.

• Process Builder and declarative automation.

• PDF and Excel generation from Visualforce.

• GitHub, DigitSec, AppOmni.

• Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating developers.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Systems, or a related field.
