
Senior Salesforce Administrator – Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for configuring Salesforce, which encompasses (but is not limited to): Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, reports, and more.
• Oversees all facets of user and license management, including the setup and deactivation of new users, roles, profiles, permissions, installed package licenses, public groups, and more.
• Conducts continuous data quality assessments and database maintenance, which includes diagnostics, duplicate entry cleansing, and the implementation of hygiene best practices.
• Enhances and sustains the overall health, performance, and usability of the Salesforce environment.
• Manages Salesforce CPQ configuration and architecture, which includes: Product catalog and modeling, Pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, Bundles, nested bundles, guided selling, and Quote-to-Cash workflows and deal execution.
• Collaborates with Revenue Operations and Finance to align CPQ solutions with changing business and pricing strategies.
• Configures and administers Salesforce to accommodate complex environments and integrations with other systems.
• Oversees integrations between Salesforce and GTM systems, including but not limited to: ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, LeanData, Ironclad, Conga, and more.
• Ensures that integrations are dependable, scalable, and compliant with data governance and security best practices.
• Remains updated on Salesforce releases and assesses new features for their business impact.
• Collaborates with Salesforce Developer(s) to ensure system maintenance is current and that best practices are adhered to.
• Manages the intake, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce and Revenue Systems requests.
• Clearly communicates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, elucidating design options, trade-offs, and impacts.
• Works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Client Success to provide scalable, business-driven solutions.
• Documents system processes, changes, and error tracking, including updates to field history and configuration logs.
• Promotes user adoption through documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions.
• Designs and implements intricate automations and scalable solutions utilizing Flow.
• Identifies and spearheads initiatives to minimize manual tasks, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience across revenue workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related business field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience in supporting system integrations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration (Flows, reporting, security model, etc.).
• Proficient in creating Salesforce profiles, assigning roles, and managing access rights.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products and their functionalities.
• Capable of problem-solving in complex and ambiguous situations.
• Knowledgeable in data importing and report generation.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
