
Senior Salesforce Administrator, Legal, CLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary subject-matter expert and hands-on builder for Salesforce and CLM within FICO's Legal team.
• Manage the entire process from stakeholder discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and oversee builds until delivery.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce and Conga CLM solutions, which include flows, automation, object and page layouts, permissions, security models, templates, and workflows.
• Develop proofs of concept to assess feasibility and present various options.
• Oversee and maintain the CLM backlog, prioritize enhancements, triage defects, and resolve issues.
• Provide first-line support for Salesforce and CLM inquiries and issues from the Legal team.
• Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders and internal IT to enhance processes and systems.
• Explore AI-powered legal intelligence requirements and offer recommendations to leadership.
• Engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create and manage work items in Jira.
• Utilize Gearset, DemandTools, and CI/CD processes to manage deployments, sandboxes, change governance, and CLM data.
• Employ Claude Enterprise and FICO AI tools to enhance productivity and implement best AI practices.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications, such as Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
• Practical Salesforce administration experience with the capability to design and implement solutions autonomously.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, encompassing Account and Contact Management, Opportunity Management, Reporting and Dashboards, data structures, security models, permission sets, and profiles.
• Familiarity with Conga CLM, including contract templates, clause libraries, workflow and approval processes, and end-user support.
• Experience as a business analyst facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with non-technical stakeholders.
• Competence in translating business needs into solution designs and documenting development-ready requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is essential.
• Knowledge of authoring and managing user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira or similar tools.
• Ability to design test plans, perform regression testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with AI-powered legal intelligence platforms such as Harvey or Ivo, Claude Enterprise, and/or Gearset is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Informatica or OIC integration middleware, and backgrounds in Legal, Procurement, or Contract Management is preferred.
