This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of SBP’s Salesforce environment.
• Handle system configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and spearhead platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows, reporting, and overall system efficiency.
• Take ownership of Salesforce platform administration.
• Act as the primary Salesforce liaison for stakeholders, guiding discovery, scoping, and solution design.
• Manage the delivery of projects from initial concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and overall system dependability.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and support resources.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Familiarity with Nonprofit Success Pack and Account Engagement is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of Salesforce architecture, automation, and reporting functionalities.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Must successfully complete all mandatory pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening, with clearance through the National Sex Offender Registry, state, and FBI checks.
