📋 Description

• Primary Solution Owner: Assume full responsibility for the domain’s systems, processes, integrations, and data architecture.

• Team Facilitation: Guide daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to set clear objectives for the team.

• Backlog Orchestration: Collaborate with Product Owners to coordinate backlog refinement, ensuring that tasks are ready for development.

• Forecasting: Set realistic commitments and deliver accurate timelines to stakeholders.

• Efficiency Tracking: Assess velocity, capacity, and throughput metrics to evaluate squad performance.

• Trend Monitoring: Observe sprint burndown charts and release burnup trends to recognize delivery patterns.

• Sustainable Pace: Manage the team's workload to maintain a healthy and sustainable output while avoiding burnout.

• Review & Demo: Organize and facilitate sprint reviews and demonstrations to highlight progress to stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives to pinpoint and implement enhancements to processes.

• Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary contact for updates on progress, risks, and issues.

• Priority Negotiation: Cultivate trusted relationships with business partners to align technical execution with business priorities.

• Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.

• Analyze and document bugs and errors found during testing phases.

• Provide clear and detailed reproduction steps along with supporting evidence for identified issues.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis on critical bugs to prevent future occurrences.

• Test integrations between systems to confirm data consistency, flow, and functionality.

• Validate end-to-end business processes that involve multiple systems.

• Quickly understand business workflows to deliver meaningful QA feedback.

• Prepare comprehensive test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders.

• Keep test documentation current, including test cases and procedures.

• Present test results clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop thorough test plans that align with business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives as necessary.

• Work in partnership with teams to address identified issues.

• Blocker Removal: Actively identify and eliminate technical or procedural obstacles.

• Team Shielding: Safeguard the team from disruptions and unnecessary context-switching to maintain focus.

• Risk Mitigation: Detect project risks and potential bottlenecks early in the delivery cycle.

• Process Advocacy: Promote DevOps and automation initiatives to enhance delivery quality.

• Provide thoughtful recommendations regarding hiring, firing, promotion, and disciplinary actions for subordinate employees, which the Company considers seriously.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator for the Sales Cloud.

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

• At least 2 years of experience with Database Data Management.

• Familiarity with Gmail and Google Docs.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).

• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).

• Salesforce Configuration: Expertise in Salesforce workflow, flow, process builder, reports, dashboards, and other configuration aspects.

• Data Management: Experience with Salesforce Dataloader.

• Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with SDLC/Copado is a plus.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; capability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Problem-Solving: Innovative and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving capabilities.
