Salesforce Business Analyst – Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to collect requirements, create user stories, and design both as-is and to-be process flows to guide design and development efforts.

• Set up and manage Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein functionalities to address business requirements.

• Utilize Agile development methodologies to oversee and deliver enhancements, working effectively within sprint-oriented delivery cycles.

• Suggest and apply Salesforce best practices, favoring configuration over custom development to achieve business objectives efficiently.

• Provide support and configuration for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, while utilizing the capabilities of the Lightning Platform.

• Offer platform expertise on Vlocity/Public Sector Solutions configuration where relevant.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce configurations, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.

• Keep platform documentation current, encompassing process flows, user stories, and configuration decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce products and the platform.

• Proven experience working within Agile development methodologies.

• Proficiency in configuring Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein.

• Experience with Vlocity/Public Sector Solutions configuration.

• Experience collaborating directly with users to create user stories and as-is/to-be process flows for design and development.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration best practices, with a preference for declarative solutions over custom coding.

• Demonstrated experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Lightning Platform.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating business needs into practical platform requirements.

• Active Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Additional Salesforce certifications: Beyond Administrator (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant).
