This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce user assistance
• Oversee Salesforce **user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests**
• Diagnose user access, visibility problems, and common Salesforce errors
• Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security configurations
• Conduct routine Salesforce configuration tasks, including **fields, page layouts, list views, and reports**
• Promote data quality through imports, exports, cleanup, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Supervise Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and standard automations
• Refer complex platform issues to Product or Engineering teams as necessary
• Create documentation for troubleshooting guides, support procedures, and standard operating practices
• Assist Sales, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams with daily Salesforce usage
• 5–7 years of practical experience as a **Salesforce Administrator**
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM operations
• Experience in managing user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce standard objects, such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities
• Proficient in troubleshooting Salesforce access, visibility, and common system errors
• Capability to execute declarative Salesforce configuration, including fields, layouts, reports, and list views
• Experience in supporting Salesforce data quality through imports, exports, and maintenance activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
