Salesforce Administrator, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.

• Offer essential support across our Salesforce platform, Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from all departments.

• Handle daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for data quality.

• Lead the development of custom programmatic enhancements and intricate data connectivity within tech ecosystems.

• Assist in enhancing the platform, increasing data quality, orchestrating cross-cloud journeys, and designing scalable solutions.

• Oversee all facets of Salesforce user access, license security, and data governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or relevant experience, ideally in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related software/database field.

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with practical hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Salesforce products.

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning component development.

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, including security and sharing architecture.

• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL.

• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex issues and devise effective Salesforce solutions.

• Strong skills in relational database design.

• Experience in DevOps/release management and a foundational understanding of basic triggers and Apex code.

• Ability to adapt to change management, along with effective communication, prioritization, and management of all aspects of a Salesforce project.

• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, Experience Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant are beneficial.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft Composer, Tableau, or other Salesforce products.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SSO configuration.
