This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to enhance the adoption of innovative technology and improvements in processes and systems, utilizing existing enterprise-wide platforms (e.g., Oracle, Onestream, Tableau, Snowflake, Conga CLM).
• Take a vital role in our transition from isolated tools to Salesforce, overseeing project planning, execution, issue resolution, and change management.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand, document, and convey business processes and requirements clearly and systematically, while also supporting end-user training and enablement initiatives.
• Collect and convert business requirements into well-structured declarative solutions that optimally leverage the Salesforce platform within FICO's technical ecosystem, and create proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new solutions and more efficient business processes.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding the feasibility, user experience, and business implications of proposed solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on FICO's Salesforce Sales Solutions and data integrations, influencing the design and integration strategies.
• Develop and implement platform governance frameworks, oversee reporting efforts, and conduct platform health checks and audits, proactively identifying technical debt, compliance risks, and optimization possibilities.
• Manage Salesforce data and utilize tools such as DemandTools to ensure data integrity at scale, while also overseeing governance.
• Design and oversee the execution of system and user acceptance testing to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications are highly preferred (including Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder).
• Previous experience in gathering and translating business requirements into system designs, and leading discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated enterprise Salesforce administration experience, with practical knowledge and expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning (Required), Service Cloud (Preferred), and core Sales Cloud principles: Opportunity Management, Account and Contact Management, Lead Management, Quoting, Reporting, and Dashboards.
• Excellent skills in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools to enhance business processes, along with experience in managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and ensuring data security and integrity.
• Strong understanding and experience in establishing Salesforce data governance frameworks/standards, internal controls, process compliance, permission security, and release management.
• Familiarity with data management tools such as DemandTools, as well as Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, change sets, sandbox management, and GitHub.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities, including Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics.
• Exposure to or interest in agentic AI features within Salesforce, such as Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or Prompt Builder, along with comprehension of how AI governance intersects with platform governance.
• Experience working with agile methodologies, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects, ideally within a technology consulting firm or a rapidly growing technology company.
