This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze, comprehend, and convert business requirements into technical configurations that can serve as guidelines for administrators and developers in their configuration and/or programming tasks.
• Provide daily administration for systems and applications.
• Uphold backup/recovery and patching for systems and applications.
• Oversee access and security for the systems and applications.
• Monitor and proactively assist with system/application capacity planning and stability.
• Evaluate technical requirements of requests and project scopes, and relay findings to business clients, project teams, and IT counterparts.
• Support application users by tracking, analyzing, and resolving user issues based on an understanding of business process workflows within the application.
• Offer technical support to users regarding application utilities and functionalities, including reporting.
• Identify potential areas for new or enhanced systems and applications to further business objectives.
• Act as a technical liaison on systems development, upgrade, and enhancement project teams, connecting business clients, IT Infrastructure, and development groups.
• Facilitate or take part in testing activities to verify that development efforts align with user requirements.
• May create test script criteria and use cases for functional and end-user testing.
• Prepare training materials and/or conduct end-user training sessions to assist with the use and features of new or updated systems and applications.
• Develop user guides, system workflows, and other application documentation as needed, including crafting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Build strong business relationships with assigned business clients as well as other related departments and vendors to ensure successful system and application implementations and ongoing support.
• May engage in development activities, programming, and coding as required.
• Adhere to Internal Audit policies and procedures and provide necessary information as requested.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Salesforce Administration certification is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build business relationships are required.
• Skills in project management and business analysis are necessary.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reporting, and Dashboards is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
