Senior Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Analyze, interpret, and convert business requirements into technical specifications that serve as guidance for administrators and developers during configuration and programming tasks.

• Provide daily administration for systems and applications. Ensure the maintenance of system and application backup/recovery protocols and patching. Oversee access and security measures for systems and applications. Continuously monitor and proactively manage system/application capacity planning and stability.

• Evaluate technical requirements for requests and project scopes, communicating findings to business clients, project teams, and IT counterparts. Assist application users by tracking, analyzing, and resolving user issues based on an understanding of business process workflows within the application. Offer support for the technical aspects of application utilities and functions, including reporting. Identify potential opportunities for new or enhanced systems and applications that can benefit the business.

• Act as a technical liaison on systems development, upgrades, and enhancement project teams between business clients, IT Infrastructure, and development groups.

• Facilitate or engage in testing activities to confirm that development outputs align with user requirements. May develop test script criteria and use cases for functional and end-user testing. Prepare materials and/or deliver end-user training sessions to facilitate the use and features of new or updated systems and applications. Create user guides, system workflows, and other necessary application documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Cultivate strong business relationships with assigned business clients and other related departments and vendors to ensure successful implementation and support of systems and applications.

• May engage in development activities, including programming and coding as required.

• Adhere to Internal Audit policies and procedures and provide necessary information as needed.

• Participate in an on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Salesforce Administration certification.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Exceptional customer service and skills in building business relationships are required.

• Proficient project management and business analysis skills are necessary.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reporting, and Dashboards.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
