This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage essential administrative tasks, encompassing user profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system upkeep.
• Configure and tailor page layouts, flows, validation rules, formula fields, and other declarative functionalities.
• Perform internal system audits, oversee upgrades, and ensure platform security is upheld.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to pinpoint, define, and execute enhancements.
• Supervise third-party applications and integrations within the GTM technology stack.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, suggest new features, and carry out necessary updates.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct Salesforce experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on declarative development (such as flows and validation rules).
• Capacity to handle ambiguity, resolve intricate issues, and implement scalable solutions.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, achieving results that enhance efficiency and foster growth.
• Familiarity with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
• Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach, outstanding communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail.
