This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage essential administrative tasks, encompassing profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system upkeep.
β’ Customize and implement page layouts, flows, validation rules, formula fields, and various other declarative features.
β’ Perform internal system audits, oversee upgrades, and ensure platform security is maintained.
β’ Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, define, and execute enhancements.
β’ Supervise third-party applications and integrations within the GTM technology stack.
β’ Keep track of Salesforce releases, suggest new functionalities, and apply updates as needed.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of practical Salesforce experience, preferably in a SaaS setting.
β’ Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification is advantageous.
β’ Possess a strong analytical mindset with proficiency in declarative development (such as flows and validation rules).
β’ Capability to manage uncertainty, resolve intricate problems, and implement scalable solutions.
β’ Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, achieving outcomes that enhance efficiency and foster growth.
β’ Familiarity with applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack.
β’ Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach, outstanding communication abilities, and a sharp attention to detail.
