This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Become a valued member of our Salesforce Systems Team and make an immediate impact on our organization and the deployment of our Salesforce instance.
• Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering Teams, as well as with members from our Sales & Operations teams, to enhance the home buying and selling process.
• Manage and prioritize incoming development requests from stakeholders while effectively overseeing the ticket queue to ensure prompt resolution of Salesforce issues and enhancements.
• Partner on projects that involve third-party integrations and the development of new business processes aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and risk management.
• Focus on connecting development efforts with end-user needs.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation, product scoping, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate on strategies for managing Salesforce metadata and tabular data.
• Work closely with our existing Salesforce experts to take ownership of Salesforce implementation and architecture planning.
• Team up with our engineering group to build integrations and develop processes that scale our operations and sales initiatives.
• Assume both light development and administration responsibilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a growing business environment.
• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Advanced Administrator.
• Preferred/Nice to Have: Salesforce App Builder, Developer, or other relevant certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a high volume of incoming requests.
• Demonstrated history of working collaboratively with stakeholders to communicate and achieve results.
• Experience in developing within a highly customized Salesforce environment.
• Ability to be adaptable, take on multiple roles, pivot as needed, and thrive in a dynamic setting.
• Self-motivated with experience in formulating and testing hypotheses and executing research plans.
• Familiarity with business operations tools such as: Github, Gearset, Dialpad, Zapier, n8n, and other Salesforce-related or integrated tools.
• Possess an open and collaborative mindset.
