This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related business challenges.
• Diagnose issues across opportunity management, account hierarchies, CPQ, CLM, pricing, and onboarding workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SalesOps, BizSys, Data, Product, Engineering, Compliance) to address concerns.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Oversee and prioritize escalations across multiple regions.
• Analyze Salesforce data to pinpoint bottlenecks, trends, and inefficiencies.
• Monitor sales productivity, issue resolution, and operational performance.
• Develop dashboards/reports and offer data-driven recommendations.
• Identify gaps in workflows and promote process optimization & automation.
• Work closely with commercial teams, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, business reviews, and reports.
• Simplify complex issues into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM (SalesOps, Program/Business Ops, Commercial Ops).
• Profound knowledge of Opportunity Management, Account Hierarchy, CPQ, CLM, and Sales workflows.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in crafting executive presentations and business reviews.
• Strong program/project management abilities.
