This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and steer the multi-year product strategy for Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Recognize untapped opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can innovate new categories or gain market share from rivals.
• Convert extensive Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product features that enterprise clients will invest in at premium rates.
• Anticipate Salesforce's product trajectory (three releases annually) and strategically position Flosum to leverage each platform evolution.
• Spearhead the upcoming era of AI-enhanced DevOps functionalities based on Agentforce, which includes intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code reviews, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Outline how Flosum's extensibility platform allows customers to create custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust framework.
• Innovate agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance structures for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Interact directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain a profound understanding of their challenges regarding Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Transform complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into seamless product solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, conduct product demonstrations for key accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.
• Create comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You actively engage in the work rather than merely delegating tasks.
• Work in tandem with engineering to meet demanding deadlines. Take ownership of sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release organization.
• Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical insight into the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment workflows, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• A demonstrable history of delivering products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and funded. Not just features; entire products.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools is highly desirable.
• A thorough understanding of the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You recognize their strengths and weaknesses.
• A strong viewpoint on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance environment.
• A hands-on executor. You draft PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
• Outstanding communication abilities. You can convey a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team within the same day.
• An intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach. When you encounter a challenge, you seek a resolution. When you're unfamiliar with something, you take the initiative to learn.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonus
• Equity participation
• Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
• Hybrid work flexibility (San Ramon, CA HQ) or remote options for exceptional candidates
• Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer interactions
