This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Enhancing Platform Efficiency: Manage essential administrative tasks such as profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system upkeep to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Optimizing Workflows: Customize and implement page layouts, flows, validation rules, formula fields, and other declarative features to enhance user experience and boost productivity.
β’ Ensuring System Integrity: Perform internal system audits, oversee upgrades, and maintain platform security to facilitate business scalability.
β’ Collaborating Across Teams: Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and execute enhancements, ensuring Salesforce aligns with organizational objectives.
β’ Managing Integrations: Supervise third-party applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack, guaranteeing seamless connectivity among marketing automation, sales enablement, and other crucial tools.
β’ Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep track of Salesforce releases, suggest new functionalities, and implement updates to fully utilize the platform's capabilities.
β’ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
β’ Certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator is advantageous. Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in declarative development (flows, validation rules, etc.).
β’ Strategic Thinking: Capability to navigate uncertainty, tackle complex issues, and implement scalable solutions.
β’ Collaboration: Proven track record in cross-functional teamwork, achieving results that enhance efficiency and growth.
β’ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
β’ Mindset: Self-motivated individual with a "get stuff done" attitude, exceptional communication abilities, and a sharp attention to detail.
