This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and sustain Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud and associated applications.
• Configure and assist with custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, dynamic forms, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning applications.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated automation solutions utilizing Salesforce Flow and the platform's declarative capabilities.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, queues, and security configurations.
• Monitor platform performance, storage usage, system health, and adoption metrics.
• Conduct routine platform maintenance, cleanup, and activities aimed at reducing technical debt.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Salesforce-related incidents, service requests, and enhancement initiatives.
• Diagnose system issues, data inconsistencies, automation failures, integration errors, and user-reported defects.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and resolution efforts across both technical and business teams.
• Ensure prompt incident resolution and compliance with established SLAs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Transform business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and low-code capabilities.
• Work alongside developers, architects, QA analysts, and integration teams throughout project execution.
• Engage in backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution reviews, and release activities within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Assist with system testing activities including unit testing, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and validation of deployments.
• Execute data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, validation, and migration tasks using authorized tools.
• Facilitate integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Aid in monitoring integration health, resolving synchronization issues, and ensuring data integrity.
• Stay informed about enterprise data governance and security standards.
• Support deployment and release processes utilizing CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Maintain documentation related to system configuration, release notes, operational procedures, and user guidance.
• Participate in Salesforce release readiness activities and assess new platform capabilities.
• Suggest process improvements, governance enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
• Act as a mentor and technical resource for junior Salesforce Administrators and team members.
• Advocate for Salesforce best practices, documentation standards, and scalable configuration methods.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team capability development.
• Appropriately escalate risks, blockers, and strategic concerns to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, formulas, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in supporting production environments and managing platform enhancements.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience using DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or DevOps Center.
• Understanding of data management tools like Data Loader or XL Connector.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking fluent English.
