This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Engage with large, high-potential target accounts to initiate new Fusion discussions in areas where Autodesk has a limited footprint.
• Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, scoping, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing.
• Secure initial victories with new clients and develop them into wider Fusion opportunities.
• Determine priority divisions, teams, or workflows within large organizations where Fusion can provide immediate benefits.
• Increase Fusion utilization in accounts where it is already in use but has significant growth potential.
• Conduct in-person meetings to establish credibility and build trust with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Facilitate value-oriented discussions on how Fusion’s cloud-native, AI-driven platform enhances design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
• Work alongside technical sales, partners, product specialists, and marketing to boost adoption and expansion.
• Maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and disciplined opportunity management in Salesforce.
• Utilize modern sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to enhance engagement and performance.
• Gather early insights and document repeatable strategies that facilitate the scaling of Fusion adoption among new accounts.
• Demonstrated success in full cycle software sales, particularly in new logo or territory expansion roles.
• Proven ability to open doors, qualify opportunities, and transform cold accounts into engaged prospects.
• Strong discovery capabilities and experience in value selling to technical or manufacturing audiences.
• Competence in managing deals independently from start to finish without reliance on an existing account owner.
• Skill in identifying the appropriate entry points within complex organizations to achieve initial successes that lead to expansion.
• Enthusiasm for cloud computing, AI, digital transformation, and modern manufacturing technologies.
• An agile mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a determination to scale a high-impact product in a competitive marketplace.
