This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Acts as the primary contact within the designated business unit for the assigned customer base, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology pertinent to EW medical products as they relate to the business.
• Fosters and maintains robust, long-term relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons, and other key influencers in the designated region to enhance Edwards' market positioning, employing creativity and persuasive skills to influence buying decisions with tact and diplomacy.
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities with current customers while pinpointing areas for improvement to achieve sales targets; formulates and implements an annual plan to meet regional objectives.
• Performs other incidental duties as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience is required.
• Experience in the medical devices industry is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the strengths and limitations of both own and competitor products.
• Develops a deeper understanding of the business, the medical devices industry, and the selling environment within the assigned region.
• Thorough knowledge of customer organizations and the impact of market conditions on customers.
• Full comprehension of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to EW medical products in relation to the business.
• Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibits a strong attention to detail.
• Understands customer needs, feedback, and objections, and articulates product benefits to positively influence customer perceptions of value.
• Employs creativity and persuasive skills when engaging with new or existing customers to guide their purchasing decisions with tact and diplomacy.
