This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive revenue growth and establish enduring relationships with clients while showcasing our extensive range of scientific products and services.
• Identify and cultivate new and existing high-level clientele in both academic and industry sectors.
• Meet both short-term and long-term sales goals by recognizing customer needs.
• Offer solutions that foster a lasting partnership between customers and Olink.
• Guide the team in addressing competition and exploring new market entrants.
• Create and execute strategic sales initiatives while managing key account relationships.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction through a consultative selling approach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to assist customers in achieving their scientific objectives.
• Bachelor's degree required. Preferred areas of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience, ideally in laboratory sales or within the scientific or healthcare sectors.
• Technical expertise with the capability to grasp customer applications and workflows.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining customer relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic planning proficiency.
• Results-driven with a history of meeting sales objectives.
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a matrix environment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75% within the designated territory.
