This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the sales of Novus products and spearhead business development in the designated region as a responsible and experienced sales leader.
• Execute sales and marketing responsibilities to implement approved business strategies, making informed decisions within established guidelines.
• Ensure prompt and precise S&OP, KPI, PLM, and CRM functionalities, simultaneously enhancing business efficiency and integrating stakeholder feedback to improve performance (DOS).
• Develop the designated area into a comprehensive, multi-product/program and customer-centric company, continually contributing to the PREP process and quarterly product and species evaluations.
• Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating regulatory follow-ups in the region.
• Support ongoing business development initiatives while expanding the company by suggesting new product developments. Supply relevant insights to the marketing team.
• Aid in defining and implementing CSR initiatives that extend Novus's commitments beyond local statutory requirements, and foster activities that enhance the quality of life in local communities and society at large while aligning with corporate goals.
• Comply with the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS), and all policies and procedures associated with the role.
• Bachelor's degree in science or business with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of the livestock feed industry, with specific expertise in animal nutrition and health.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales, marketing, and general multicultural business to effectively address challenges and make informed decisions.
• Strong comprehension of business activities and drivers in the assigned area to accurately identify market opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages to facilitate understanding of diverse cultures and ensure clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent in the local language.
