
Senior Sales Specialist – Oncology, Solid Tumor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Provide sales data to the National Sales Manager on a monthly basis to support the development of the proposed forecast.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to create and implement the sales strategy following the approval of the proposed forecast.
• Execute product sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and targets.
• Leverage selling skills to meet customer requirements and achieve territory sales goals through consistent customer engagement.
• Discover new business opportunities and expand existing business within the territory while maintaining current accounts.
• Develop and convey daily, weekly, and monthly plans and outcomes; cycle objectives, sales targets, and results to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Relay market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, booths, and trade displays as necessary.
• Conduct video presentations, slide shows, in-service training, trials, market research, and advocate speaker meetings with clients as required.
• Ensure that all activities in the territory are conducted professionally and adhere to AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
• Maintain and develop territory and customer records.
• Attend regular departmental meetings with the manager to foster continuous feedback mechanisms.
• Experience in oncology (solid tumors) is essential.
• Experience in product listings or new product launches is a significant advantage.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and cross-functionally, as well as with partners outside the team to enhance performance.
• Possess strong professional knowledge, sales skills, territory management, and execution capabilities.
• Demonstrate agility and accountability in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
