Senior Sales Representative, Pain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create a business plan for the designated territory that aligns with Viatris’ sales objectives, strategies, and plans.

• Deliver high-quality sales presentations to all targeted clients.

• Meet quarterly sales targets within the territory while complying with ethical sales standards and necessary regulations.

• Comprehend and exhibit targeting principles effectively.

• Formulate a pre-call planning strategy for key targets.

• Build positive and engaging relationships with peers, customers, and Company management.

• Ensure high levels of calling and field productivity.

• Collect and utilize insights from offices, pharmacists, and others to create and implement specific strategies for territory prescribers.

• Utilize sample programs, literature, and other resources to enhance physician awareness of Viatris products.

• Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries with consistent and relevant information.

• Actively seek continuous learning and professional growth in effective sales, communication, and product knowledge training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and over 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales.

• Proven business insight and acumen.

• Established success in influence and negotiation abilities.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening capabilities.

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve results.

• Self-motivated and a demonstrated self-starter.

• Willingness to travel throughout the territory (including overnight travel, if necessary).

• Must hold a valid Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record.
