This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial prospecting to contract execution.
• Create and oversee a pipeline of accounts within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Recognize and cultivate new business opportunities across brand, patient services, market access, and medical affairs teams.
• Achieve and surpass annual revenue targets for care coordination and provider program solutions.
• Formulate territory strategies aimed at fostering long-term business development.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with executive stakeholders, including VP and C-level leaders in: Patient Services, Brand Teams, Market Access, and Commercial Leadership.
• Forge long-lasting strategic alliances with pharmaceutical companies.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive meetings, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and implementation teams to create customer-focused solutions.
• Convert customer requirements into innovative technology and service offerings.
• Provide market insights to assist in shaping product strategy and future growth initiatives.
• Over 5 years of enterprise sales experience targeting pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Proven experience selling one or more of the following: Patient Support Services, Hub Services, Care Coordination, Specialty Pharmacy Solutions.
• Demonstrated success in closing six and seven-figure enterprise contracts.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical patient support programs, including: Hub Services, Specialty Pharmacy, Copay Programs, and Patient Access.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience collaborating with HUB service providers, specialty pharmacies, CROs, or patient support organizations.
• Background in selling AI-enabled healthcare technology, digital health, automation, or SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with provider engagement models, care management programs, or clinical nurse networks.
• Existing connections with executive stakeholders in pharmaceutical or biotechnology firms.
• Experience in oncology, rare diseases, or specialty therapeutic markets.
• An MBA or a clinical background (RN, PharmD, PA, or similar) is preferred.
