This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Promote Medtronic's Cardiac Surgery products through remote selling and maintain end-user patients within designated geographic regions or customer accounts.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet or surpass sales objectives within the assigned territory.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships via email, phone calls, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams.
• Recognize and chase new business avenues to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that improve patient care.
• Utilize CRM tools to oversee customer interactions, monitor sales activities, and evaluate performance metrics.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and present sales pitches and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers through virtual communication platforms.
• Travel up to 25% to foster collaboration and guarantee successful project execution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related field in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years of pertinent experience.
• OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Preferred remote sales experience in the healthcare or medical sector.
• Familiarity with cardiovascular products and procedures is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience concentrating on building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience in account management.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment with self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
• For degrees obtained outside the U.S., a qualification that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
