This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Proactively driving sales of products to customers within a specific geography or market.
• Forecasting and achieving annual targets related to sales, margins, and volume growth.
• Securing business from both potential and existing accounts to fulfill sales objectives.
• Selling across all management levels and cultivating relationships that ensure Avient remains the preferred choice.
• Effectively engaging with management-level personnel.
• Operating independently with minimal supervision based on past experience.
• Assisting customers in resolving issues to provide effective solutions.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in:
• - Tactical sales techniques
• - Strategic selling methodologies
• - Commercial aspects
• - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Polymer and Chemicals, B.Tech, CIPET, or related field
• Essential personal skills include:
• - Strong communication skills
• - Customer-centric approach
• - Critical thinking abilities
• - Results-oriented with a sense of urgency
• - Commitment to continuous improvement
• - Ability to make courageous decisions

• - Prior experience in the plastic and polymer industry is mandatory.
