This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Overseeing administrative responsibilities and tracking for both domestic and international proposals.
• Assisting with proposal management and maintaining Salesforce.
• Possessing strong organizational and technical writing abilities to effectively convert intricate technical ideas into accessible language.
• Exhibiting excellent communication and coordination skills for collaboration across various teams.
• Aiding in a rising volume of proposals and pricing initiatives.
• 2-4 years of applicable experience in government proposals or similar fields.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• Familiarity with proposal methodologies (e.g., Shipley), compliance matrices, and the implementation of project management tools and processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities, showcasing an aptitude for data-driven tasks.
• Capability to develop and support technical content for RFIs, abstracts, and proposal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Proven history of teamwork, professionalism, and upholding high performance and integrity standards.
