This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee the annual planning process while acting as the program manager for strategic initiatives.
β’ Develop and refine frameworks that enhance offering development and operational standards within Professional Services.
β’ Integrate data from various sources into actionable dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
β’ Gather data from primary and secondary sources and construct databases to maintain data integrity.
β’ Process, clean, and verify data to correct any inaccuracies.
β’ Generate reports and dashboards to effectively convey findings.
β’ Detect inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
β’ 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or Professional Services Operations in a fast-paced B2B SaaS context.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the Professional Services lifecycle, encompassing revenue forecasting, resource management, and intricate customer engagement models.
β’ A strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional transitions and foster behavioral change.
β’ Outstanding ability to convert complex data and operational ideas into understandable narratives.
β’ Skilled in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Business Intelligence tools (Looker is preferred).
