This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and analyze the complete funnel performance (Lead → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won)
• Track conversion rates, pipeline velocity, time spent in each stage, and representative performance
• Identify gaps in the pipeline, coverage issues, and significant performance drivers
• Construct and maintain forecasting models for pipeline, bookings, and renewals
• Assist in quarterly and annual planning processes
• Provide precise, insight-driven forecasts along with clear variance analyses
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports suitable for executive review
• Convert data into actionable recommendations for Sales leadership
• Collaborate with the Business Systems team to ensure the integrity and cleanliness of Salesforce data
• Establish and standardize Go-To-Market KPIs
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market Analytics supporting B2B SaaS Sales leadership
• Exhibits the independence and initiative required to excel in less-defined environments.
• Capable of extracting, analyzing, and converting data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
• Proficient in advanced Salesforce functionalities (reporting, dashboards, forecasting, data management)
• Strong skills in Excel/Sheets (modeling, scenario analysis)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel metrics (Lead → Closed Won)
• Responsible for forecasting models and supporting Go-To-Market planning (pipeline, bookings, renewals)
• Proactively identifies risks and opportunities within the forecast
• Strong grasp of sales processes and revenue drivers
