This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure the proper use of Microsoft Dynamics as the central CRM for operations;
• Organize, analyze, and develop the commercial pipeline by tracking volume, conversion, losses, and forecasts;
• Create and maintain sales executive dashboards and reports;
• Support the CEO and commercial leadership in pipeline reviews, forecast evaluations, and sales meetings;
• Standardize commercial processes (lead entry, qualification, opportunities, proposals, and closure);
• Monitor team discipline in the CRM (incomplete data, opportunities without next actions, etc.);
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose practical actions to enhance conversion and predictability;
• Translate commercial data into clear and actionable insights for leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields;
• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, Commercial Intelligence, or Business Operations;
• Practical experience with CRM;
• Strong analytical skills (pipeline, funnel, forecast, metrics);
• Hands-on, organized, and execution-oriented profile;
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with sales, marketing, and leadership.
