This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire new clients that align with Forto’s ideal customer profile to enhance shipment volume and gross profit.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline: prospect, qualify, and convert leads through outbound efforts and face-to-face selling.
• Conduct impactful discovery calls and meetings to thoroughly understand customer requirements and how Forto can meet them.
• Foster long-term relationships: manage and expand acquired accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Lead business reviews with key clients to synchronize on performance, future needs, and potential for growth.
• Collaborate across departments with Operations, Finance, and Product to guarantee a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales — demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving specific quotas.
• Proficient in both German and English, residing in Germany.
• Confident in managing the complete sales cycle: from initial outreach to closing deals and expanding accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain positions is a considerable advantage.
