This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Implement the business strategy and annual plan established by the department, concentrating on business opportunities and organizing resources to meet the annual sales and profit targets.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with prospective customers and partners through proactive communication and regular visits to explore commercial opportunities autonomously.
• Continuously enhance understanding of products, applications, and markets. Share insights and knowledge with the internal team to optimize product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical and production teams) and lead sales and business development initiatives in North/South America to ensure sustainable growth in the food ingredient line.
• Work alongside customers and partners to gather market insights regarding customer needs and industry trends to support the market strategy for new product launches.
• Complete important temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
• Be results-oriented and demonstrate strong sales acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in the food ingredients, food & beverage, sweetener, or flavor ingredient industries.
• Proven expertise in key account management and channel development; excellent negotiation and communication abilities; a high level of autonomy and the capacity to work independently.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating relationships with professionals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally; adept at understanding customer psychology and effectively utilizing sales skills.
• Market knowledge and insights for the Food & Beverage/Ingredients sector.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure and a keen willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (bilingual preferred).
