Senior Sales Manager – Replacement Dealership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will acquire new dealerships and partners in the after-sales sector through targeted prospecting, ensuring a corresponding increase in revenue.

• You will cultivate strong relationships with current customers while providing comprehensive account management.

• You will design and implement customized sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and profitability.

• You will analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the dealership, workshop, and repair shop sectors.

• You will negotiate contracts and terms with clients, establishing long-term partnerships.

• You will be accountable for analyzing and monitoring sales KPIs, identifying new business opportunities and additional revenue potentials, and deriving actionable recommendations for implementation.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training along with additional qualifications or hold a degree in business administration (university/FH/technical college).

• You bring a proven track record from dealerships, after-sales, or OEM roles in either a national or international setting.

• You are adept at engaging with prominent industry leaders and key decision-makers, feeling comfortable in dealerships, workshops, and repair shops.

• You possess strong knowledge of sales tools (preferably Salesforce) and are proficient in MS Office.

• You have fluent skills in both German and English.
