This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic sales of our solutions surrounding Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Acting as a market initiator and positioning our company as a strong partner for demanding CRM & ERP initiatives.
• Focused on strategic acquisition of new customers within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment (particularly Sales, Customer Insights, Service, Field Service, Business Central).
• Expansion and maintenance of a robust network within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Establishing and developing long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level.
• Representing the company at industry events, roundtables, and professional gatherings.
• Market observation and identification of new business opportunities.
• Close collaboration with our consulting teams for the structured handover of acquired projects.
• Several years of proven sales experience in IT solutions or project business with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft platform strategy as well as the CRM modules (especially Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service).
• Existing network in the relevant market environment (Microsoft partners, customer side, multipliers).
• Confident demeanor at the decision-maker level and strong closing skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in positioning complex IT solutions.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
