This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic and operational oversight for the proactive development and maintenance of long-term partnerships.
• Autonomous acquisition of strategically significant customers.
• Self-directed management of the complete sales process.
• Responsibility for revenue in designated segments, regions, or products.
• Maintenance of CRM systems, along with KPI-driven activities and reporting.
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare market and analysis of industry trends.
• Engagement in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Close collaboration with the Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales (services and/or SaaS) within the healthcare or clinical sector.
• Confident demeanor and persuasive skills when interacting with C-level decision-makers.
• Proven track record of building and enhancing customer relationships.
• Capability to identify complex customer needs and devise sustainable solutions.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-sufficient work style.
• Strong understanding of processes, stakeholders, and decision-making frameworks in clinics and hospitals.
