This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in defining and implementing the sales strategy in partnership with Management.
• Seek out new business opportunities, broaden existing accounts, and intensively develop the market in the Philippines.
• Build and nurture relationships at all levels with both brands and media agencies.
• Work in conjunction with the Account & Ops Manager and Creative team to address briefs effectively.
• Ensure precise pipeline management and accountability for revenue.
• Meet and surpass quarterly revenue objectives.
• Serve as a representative of Wagawin within the advertising community by participating in industry events.
• At least 5-8+ years of experience in digital advertising/marketing sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, display, video, etc.
• Proven experience in consultative selling and fostering long-term client partnerships.
• Strong grasp of how advertisers plan, purchase, and evaluate advertising campaigns.
• Established relationships with agencies and key decision-makers in the Philippines market.
• Self-motivated, independent, and possessing a “hunter” mentality.
• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability to strategize and innovate.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Enjoys collaboration in a team setting and is always eager to share new ideas.
