This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of and enhance strategic customer relationships, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial engagement to deal execution and growth.
• Lead intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, crafting effective strategies in competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate across functions (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to provide high-quality proposals and commercial solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize large, complex deals that align customer requirements with Nextpower’s offerings.
• Create and implement account plans to uncover new opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Conduct customer business reviews and serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Work alongside sales leadership on pricing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead a team of Sales Analysts/Associates to provide support to our customers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of experience in complex B2B sales (preferably in energy or infrastructure).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to travel as needed (approximately 35%).
